Re-Enrollment
To re-enroll your student at Cornerstone, you will need to create a login and complete the re-enrollment process at our family portal website:
Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login
- Please go to www.factsmgt.com.
- Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
- After the FACTS Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.
- Enter (CS-KS) into the District Code field.
- Enter in the Email field your email address.
- Click the Create Account button.
- You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
- Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
- Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
- Close the window.
- Log into Family Portal as instructed above.
How to Re-Enroll:
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login listed below.
To access Family Portal:
- Please go to www.factsmgt.com
- Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

Getting Started
To shop for uniforms, go to French Toast and click “Find Your School” or use school code QS5IJUP to see Cornerstone uniform options.

Preschool Uniform
Preschool Three and Four students may wear clean jeans, pants, or shorts with no holes and shirts that are free of character names such as Spider Man, Hello Kitty, Disney characters, etc. Preschool students are required to have one polo shirt with the school logo to wear on Wednesdays and for special events.
Grammar & Logic School Uniform
Boys Casual Day (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
- Light blue polo
- Navy pants or shorts
- Navy, white, grey, brown or black socks
- Athletic shoes (No lights or other embellishments)
Boys Dress Day (Wednesday and Special Occasions)
- Blue oxford shirt with blue-gold plaid tie
- Navy pants—or shorts for Kindergarten through Grade Six
- Navy, white, black, brown or grey socks
- Optional—Navy V-Neck Sweater Vest with school logo
- Athletic shoes (No lights or other embellishments)
- Brown or black dress shoes for special occasions
- Navy Blazer—Grades Seven and up (Required for special occasions)
Girls Casual Day (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
- Light blue polo or cardigan blouse twofer
- Navy pants or shorts, school uniform girls uniform plaid jumper in classic navy plaid from Land’s End (Kindergarten through Grade Two only. Jumper runs about a size big), blue gold plaid two-tab scooter (Grades Three and above only), or gold plaid pleated skirt. Note: If your Kindergarten through Grade Two child has a blue gold two-tab scooter, it can still be worn but no longer purchased new.
- Navy, white, grey or black socks, or navy, white, grey or black knee highs, tights, or leggings
- Athletic shoes (No lights or other embellishments)
Girls Dress Day (Wednesday and special occasions)
- Blue oxford blouse with blue-gold plaid cross tie
- Blue-gold plaid two-tab scooter or pleated skirt
- Optional—Navy cardigan, sweater or fleece
- Navy, white, grey or black knee highs, tights, leggings or socks
- Athletic shoes (No lights or other embellishments)
- Saddle shoes or Mary-Jane shoes (required for special occasions)
- Optional—Navy Blazer—Grades Seven and up (required for special occasions)
Physical Education Dress Code
Kindergarten through Grade Four:Students may bring tennis shoes for PE. Soles must be non-marking.
Grades Five and Above: Option to change into black or blue basketball style shorts and Cornerstone t-shirt. Tennis shoes with non-marking soles
